Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email us at
admin@padlyx.com with your order number and reason for return to get started. See our
Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to
admin@padlyx.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at
admin@padlyx.com. We can make changes before dispatch, but once an order has shipped it will need to go through our returns process.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD. See our

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and express shipping takes 1–3 business days after your order is dispatched. Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
